So now you have been told you thyroid is low. This will help you become pregnant and maintain the pregnancy. do not accept synthetic thyroid when a far better one is available. Do not trust your ability to convert the T4 ,which is synthetic thyroid, to the needed T3. Shop till you find a doctor to give you the complete T4 T3 compounds.

Hypothyroidism is a lifelong condition that occurs when the thyroid gland is under active. The thyroid gland fails to produce enough thyroid hormones and is, therefore, unable to correctly regulate the rate of the metabolism. The metabolism becomes slower than normal. In some cases, the condition may be temporary, but this is very rare. Usually the thyroid gland has been permanently disabled or even removed surgically.
