Thanks for the info on Pu-Erh tea. I found your page very informative but easily “digested.” Quit smoking three years ago, discovered underactive thyroid same time. I'm in that golden agegroup (64) but still have too much to do in life to give it all up. Looking for very “easy” and healthful ways to help me on my journey. I've tried the product and find it agreeable and believe I'll add it to my regular shopping list. Perhaps I'll have a positive report to submit in the future.
