What, if any, are the natural remedies for an under-active thyroid?

It’s not my thyroid, sry. I should have made that clear. It was a friend of mine at the office who has had trouble losing weight and was told by his naturopath that his thyroid was underactive.

    I take medication, and sadly will have to take 1 pill everyday for the rest of my life. there’s a blood check that they will do to see if you have low or high. i hope i’ve helped you!!
